CareTeams exists because the tools healthcare has historically been handed to run its clinical workforce — spreadsheets, email chains, legacy HR systems, and workforce platforms designed for warehouses — don't work. They were never going to work. Healthcare runs on a different clock, answers to a different set of regulators, and serves patients whose wellbeing cannot wait for Monday's report. We built CareTeams because we lived the problem, and we knew the software industry had not yet built the answer.
